According to the latest circular issued by the Civil Aviation Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the directives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the following regulations apply to holders of ordinary Lebanese passports travelling to Iran:
• Lebanese nationals holding ordinary passports may enter Iran without a visa for tourist visits of up to 15 days.
• This exemption is valid provided that the traveler enters Iran no more than once every six months.
• For stays exceeding 15 days, an entry visa is required.
• An entry visa is required regardless of the duration of stay.
